Excel files: Generated spreadsheets containing your organized receipt data.

Payment information:

Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core Service: processing receipt images, extracting data, translating content, and generating Excel files.
To maintain your receipt history and enable monthly exports.
To improve the accuracy and reliability of our OCR and parsing systems.
To communicate with you about the Service (updates, issues, support).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:

Groq: AI model provider for OCR and text parsing. Receipt image data is sent to Groq for processing.
Google Gemini: Fallback AI model provider for OCR and parsing.
Telegram: Messaging platform through which the Service operates.
Paddle: Payment processing for subscriptions.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your receipt data is stored in a secure database on our servers.
Each user can only access their own receipt data — there is no cross-user data access.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Receipt images are processed and the extracted data is stored. We may retain images temporarily for processing reliability.

6. Data Retention

Your receipt data is retained for as long as your account is active.
If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and receipt history.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Export: Download your data via the Excel export feature.
