By accessing or using the LessTax Telegram bot ("Service"), operated by LessTax ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LessTax is an AI-powered Telegram bot that scans receipt and invoice photos, extracts line items using optical character recognition (OCR), translates them to your preferred language, and generates organized Excel files for tax deduction tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using LessTax, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Usage

Access to LessTax is through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the Service.
You are solely responsible for all content (receipt photos) you submit to the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

LessTax offers a free beta tier and a paid subscription (pricing to be announced).
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paddle). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process receipt images to provide the Service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Submit fraudulent, forged, or illegal documents.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology powering LessTax is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the receipt images you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy of OCR results, translations, or categorizations. LessTax output is for informational purposes and does not constitute tax or financial advice. Always verify extracted data before filing taxes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LessTax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate OCR results, missed deductions, or lost data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram message or on our website.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
