Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
LessTax offers your first 10 receipts completely free — no credit card required. This allows you to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Service unavailability: If the Service was substantially unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund.
- First-month dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to your first subscription period.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription periods beyond the first 14 days (after the initial period).
- Dissatisfaction with OCR accuracy on specific receipt types (we recommend using the free trial to test with your receipts first).
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email alopezmillionairemind@gmail.com with your Telegram username and reason for the request.
- Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
